Your host, Mr. Alpesh Vaghasiya, is the CEO and founder of Superworks, a SaaS platform that simplifies HR tasks for small and mid‑size businesses. At Superworks, he leads the ship like a leader and helps companies streamline their HR, payroll, hiring, performance, and team collaboration with his team of experts.

His goal is to help HR professionals & decision-makers save their time and scale growth through automation and smart tools.

He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2009, founding Artoon Solutions, a software and game development company, before launching Superworks in 2020. Since then, he has become an active angel investor and a charter member of TiE Surat, supporting startups and SMBs across India.

As a brilliant computer engineer, he often speaks at industry events on topics like AI, business growth, HR automation, and leadership—sharing insights that align with HR podcasts and leadership podcasts. For instance, he recently presented on “AI for Painless Business Growth” at Surat’s AI summit.

When he’s not building tools for HR professionals or sharing leadership lessons, he supports startups like Decode Age, WiserNotify, Keto India, Refrens, and more as an angel investor. So, are you ready to listen to him talking and sharing insights with other industry leaders?
