The bestest part is everthing is available on a single platform i.e. HRMS, PMS, Payroll & Chat. 1) HRMS helps us to maintain an easy flow starting from the onboarding to exit process, track record of each employee is available as & when required. 2) PMS makes us understand the project status, where productivity of each employee can be easily measured through time tracking in propotion to the completion of task assigned.

UBS is mainly based on three things i.e. HRMS, PMS and Payroll and all of these have different importance. 1). HRMS gives accurate information about the employee and the primary function of the Onboarding process is so good. It also provides entry to exit data of employees. 2). PMS tracks the activity data and the time of every employee and we can also match it with standard time.

Previously, we had to maintain sheets like salary sheets, employee data sheets, etc., and it was highly time-consuming for all HRS. But, after adopting this system, we no longer have to maintain any of those sheets because UBS is so simple to use.

What I like most about this software is multiple tools at single place like HRMS system, PMS system, and Chat communication too everything comes under one roof to manage our day to day activities things, and due to this centralization of multiple activity tools, we increased our productivity and improved our management activities at different levels too.

I am using UBS from more than 6 months and I found this very useful. The stress and over burden from my life has been disappear after using, because UBS itself have so many features which help us to track the employee details and various reports under a single panel. I highly recommend UBS to everyone who facing challenges in their daily HR life.

Overall it is the very good product we have every used for manage employee/ task. also helped to get progress of the employee and trainee. And the main beneficial part of this product is : All the components are connected each others. so we don't have to switches the browser tabs.

I like their HR module most because I can track everything regarding employees which takes too much effort if we do it manually. i.e Employee attendance, Salary, Employee profile, joining date, last increment any many more. Before using UBS I was struggling to manage all this stuff but now it's very easy with UBS.

The Software is completely the replacement of our all manual reporting work. The PMS and Chat feature is very effective + the various reporting of the single project help us to control every situation and it has sorted our almost all the problems we were facing when doing manual reporting.

It is an awesome product. all features are very helpful. But, specially a time tracking, project management, & payroll are the most use full features that reduce a huge efforts.

I have mostly been with their time & Attendance module and Payroll. It's very easy to use. They are also providing other modules like project management and collaboration tools. I didn't explore those tools yet.

I like Payroll, PMS, and Chat and the most amazing thing is that all of these are connected with each other so you don't have to manage everything separately with different software. I think is the only product which was made with a focus only and only IT companies.

The main benefit of using UBS is that you can manage everything in this one tool. You don't need to use different platforms for your task management, payrolls, chats etc. This really saves a lot time and increase the productivity of any organization.

The most interesting feature I liked is the time management , you can easily find how much time is taken in any task and can recognize I what changes are needed in you.

I wouldn't say UBS is a best tool but yeah if you look at the pricing it really does add value for money. It has everything including HR management, Chat system, Project management. Also they're easy to use. It is great for small organizations.
