Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: You will be responsible for planning and executing financial projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget to meet organizational objectives.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: You will analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to solve financial challenges and make informed decisions.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage with various departments such as marketing, operations, and sales to align financial strategies with overall business goals and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrate leadership by guiding junior analysts, sharing financial expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting methods to drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in financial analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, SAP, Oracle, budgeting software, and data visualization tools.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Experience Level: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking. Experience in a multinational corporation is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations, GAAP principles, industry trends, and market dynamics affecting corporate finance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading financial analysis projects in Fortune 500 companies.
- Holding a Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or relevant field of study.
- Familiarity with advanced financial modeling techniques, AI-driven analytics, and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements that resulted in cost savings or revenue growth.
- Active participation in industry conferences, research publications, or financial seminars.
- Proficiency in a second language for global business interactions.
