Key Responsibilities

- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial regulations, market trends, and investment strategies. Knowledge of global financial markets and economic indicators.

- Experience in leading capital market initiatives in Fortune 500 companies or global financial institutions.
- Holding advanced certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA).
