As an HR Admin in the General & Administrative sector, you play a pivotal role in the success of the company. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Experience Level: 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, adaptability, and leadership skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices in the industry.
Preferred Qualifications
