Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending, commercial banking, or financial services. Knowledge of real estate markets is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing market conditions, leadership qualities, and attention to detail.
