Required Skills and Qualifications

- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Certification in Mortgage Lending is advantageous.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending, commercial banking, or financial services. Knowledge of real estate markets is preferred.
