Job Description of Head of Marketing
A head of marketing is responsible for planning and execution of an organization’s marketing activities. The head or director of marketing is tasked with defining and delivering the overall strategy and direction for the organization. This includes developing and managing the company’s brand, product marketing, lead generation activities, and customer communication.

- Define Objectives: Define measurable objectives and establish goals for the marketing team.
- Analyze Campaigns:Analyze the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns and generate reports for management.
- Manage Brand:Manage and implement activities related to maintaining the organization’s brand.

Requirements and Skills
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred with a major in marketing or related field.
- Experience: At least five years of marketing experience in a similar position.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and time management skills along with the ability to motivate team.
- Organizational: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak publicly.
