Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: You are responsible for planning and executing various projects within the restaurant, from menu changes to renovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Your role involves addressing challenges such as customer complaints, inventory issues, or staff conflicts, requiring quick and effective decision-making to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: You collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, suppliers, and management to coordinate seamless operations, foster teamwork, and achieve overall business objectives.
- Leadership and Mentorship: As a leader, you guide and mentor restaurant staff, providing training, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: You drive innovation by introducing new menu items, improving operational processes, and implementing cost-saving measures to enhance the overall dining experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and online reservation platforms is essential.
- Educational Requirements: A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred, along with certifications in food safety and alcohol service.
- Experience Level: 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, understanding of food and beverage operations, and a track record of successful team leadership.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership, and time management skills are crucial for effective performance in this role.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling protocols, customer service best practices, and industry trends is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing high-volume restaurants or upscale dining establishments.
