Key Responsibilities
As a Website Designer, your responsibilities include:
- Project Planning and Execution: You are involved in defining project scopes, creating timelines, and executing design projects efficiently to meet client expectations and project milestones.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Addressing design challenges and making informed decisions to enhance user experiences and achieve project goals effectively.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working collaboratively with developers, content creators, and marketers to ensure cohesive design and functionality across all aspects of a website.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Providing design leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior designers or team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
