#### 2. Customer Relationship Management

– **KRA:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– **Short Description:** Customer satisfaction and retention.
– **KPIs:**
1. Customer retention rate.
2. Net Promoter Score (NPS).
3. Number of upsell opportunities identified.
4. Response time to customer queries.

#### 3. Territory Management

– **KRA:** Efficiently manage assigned sales territories.
– **Short Description:** Optimal coverage and penetration of territories.
– **KPIs:**
1. Territory coverage percentage.
2. Number of visits per day.
3. Sales growth in assigned territories.
4. Competitor analysis reports.
