A technical recruiter is a specialist in the hiring process who assists employers with finding and selecting technical employee candidates. The technical recruiter evaluates applicants and narrows the pool of prospective employees to those with the right skills and qualifications. Technical recruiters work in the human resources department of large businesses to ensure they are using their resources wisely and finding the top talent for all technical roles.
The primary role of a technical recruiter is to source, vet, and assess potential candidates. Technical recruiters not only evaluate applicants’ skills but also narrow down the qualification criteria to provide the best possible outcomes.
