• Employer has more than 10 employees.
• Average monthly salary of the employees do not exceed Rs 21,000.
• All the employees need to be under one head or in groups.

Once these conditions are met, employers can register themselves online on the official website for the employees’ state insurance corporation. Employees can provide their details, such as name, address, passport number, bank account number, etc., for registration.
