Key Responsibilities

• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Your role involves addressing design challenges creatively, making informed decisions on material selection, color schemes, and spatial layouts to meet client requirements and enhance functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with BIM technology, VR/AR applications in design, and sustainable design principles.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling operations, expanding into global markets, or implementing process improvements.
• Speaker at industry conferences, contributor to design publications, or involvement in design community initiatives.
• Additional foreign language proficiency for effective communication with international clients and partners.
