Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Build the production schedule, line up resources, and make sure each batch ships on time.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Spot bottlenecks, study the numbers, and make calls that keep output on track.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with procurement, engineering, and quality to keep plans aligned.

- Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Talk to customers, turn their needs into plans, and meet quality and delivery targets.
Production Executive Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Hands-on with ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel, capacity planning tools, and production scheduling apps.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3 to 5 years in production planning, ideally in a factory, with demand forecasting and inventory work.
- Soft Skills: Clear communicator, calm problem solver, flexible, and a strong team player.
- Industry Knowledge: Know production methods, quality systems, and rules like ISO.
Preferred Qualifications
- Setup work with SAP APO or Oracle ASCP.
- APICS certificate (CPIM, CSCP) or Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Skill with Industry 4.0 tools, IoT, and automation.
- Proven wins in supply chain and process improvement.
- Talks at events, papers, or active learning in the field.
- A second language for global teams.
