- Experience Level: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role such as Welding Inspector. Experience in industries with stringent compliance requirements is preferred.

- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks, quality standards (e.g., ISO, FDA), Compliance assurance best practices, and industry-specific rules.
