Why Depot Reporting Breaks at Scale
Every hub keeps its own attendance sheet, in its own format, on its own schedule. Then payroll cut-off arrives and someone loses three days reconciling them. These formats fix the structure first, so numbers from every depot land in the same columns.
Standardise attendance across every hub so payroll receives one consistent format.
Reconcile overtime and duty hours before the payroll cut-off, not after it.
Report contract headcount separately from payroll headcount for principal employer audits.
File minimum wage, PF and ESI returns from formats that follow statutory structures.
Track driver performance and warehouse productivity with numbers you can compare month to month.

Logistics HR ReportsFAQs
They are the workforce reporting formats transport and warehousing operations run on – attendance musters, overtime summaries, driver performance, contract-labour headcount and statutory returns. Unlike freight or cost reporting, they track people and duty hours rather than consignments. Each format is editable, so you enter your own depot data.
A2: Nineteen formats – daily and monthly attendance, overtime, shift, driver performance, warehouse workforce and productivity, contract labour, minimum wage, PF and ESI, labour law compliance, employee performance, absenteeism, salary register, leave balance and approval, turnover, recruitment status and bonus payment. That covers operations, payroll and compliance in one download.
Yes. The minimum wage, PF, ESI, salary register and bonus formats follow Indian statutory register structures, and the monthly attendance report uses the standard muster grid. Treat them as a starting structure and check them against current central and state rules for the states you operate in.
They do. Contract headcount is reported separately from payroll headcount, which is exactly what a principal employer audit asks for – who was on site, under whose contract, for how many hours. The contract labour report and minimum wage report are designed to be produced together.
No. The formats work on their own and many teams start there. The limit is that a template records numbers but does not collect them, so once you are reconciling attendance across several hubs, pair them with HRMS software and use the formats for the formal output.
